Yes for sure
There's something profound about the idea that ‘even small acts can create a ripple effect of kindness.’ It's like a pebble in a pond, right? You throw it in, and the ripples spread out further than you can see. A simple compliment or helping someone with their groceries can change the course of their day, and potentially, their week. Why not make that a habit? It’s a small act that costs nothing but can mean everything.
That’s a solid point, SparrowEmerson! But I wonder how often we actually follow through on that idea. The moment in the video where they say, ‘One person’s smile can change someone’s entire day’ really drives it home. Yet, how many of us are consciously smiling at strangers? Maybe we should challenge ourselves to be more aware of those little moments. What if we made it a goal to give out five genuine smiles a day? 🤔
In honor of World Kindest Day, Kindstacks provided a hundred thousand time bar, which inspired us to do 10,000 extra kindies in the next 48 hours. Thank you, kind first, want to see this video and inspiring this challenge. Let's go do the first one. This is way. One of Beast Blantic's most dedicated volunteers and he's been having some issues with his truck. So what better way to kick things off than to give him an upgrade? What is my truck? That's your trunk. Oh, it's Jesus. Hallelujah, Jesus. Oh, Jesus. Oh, no. Jesus. I'm not going to apologize for crying. It's no one here, most of you. I think I can see it. I think I can see it. Thank you. So, what? If we're going to complete 10,000 extra kindies, we're going to have to pick up the pace. So we made these kindness cards. And Deion is going to hand them out with some cash or remind people to live kind and pay it for. You can leave a take a hundred dollars. It can pick somebody else to give it to. Is this for real? For real? I'll take it. Actually now, I'll go to the hands. That was right on set. In fact, because she chose to pay it forward, we're going to double it back to that at all. Absolutely. They kind always. Some of these people are choosing to pay it forward and some of them are choosing to keep it. The point is simply to be kind. For our next extra kindness, we have 30 volunteers from Google.org. And they're going to see how many boxes of food they can pack in 30 minutes. Woo! Three, two, one. Go! Google.org is setting out to help the 34 million Americans who struggle with food insecurity. Each family will get enough food to last them for two weeks. Our current record for most boxes packed is 1,000 boxes in three hours. Google packed at 1,000 boxes and half the time. That's enough food for over 6,000 meals. Google.org has created a resource to help people searching for food support and they're partnering with feeding America to provide 50 million meals across the country. As a part of that, they donated $250,000 to our local food bank, which will help supply 100,000 meals. So all the food that the Google volunteers packed this morning is not being distributed. This is what peaceful anthropologists when we started and we'll be back in two weeks doing this again. We're just over halfway to our goal of 10,000 acts of kindness. But no matter how old you are, it's always important to be kind. So Darren invited an entire fourth grade class to a trampoline park. And you guys ready? This place is jam packed with fun things to do. Yeah. But some of the fourth graders actually give up some of their time there to write their own kindness card. Have a good day and always be kind. And now we'll hand them out at a local retirement home. All this car is a half a good day in that beautiful. We also brought you some flowers, I'd love for you to buy them in the lunch or dinner. We've got under 24 hours left and Darren wants to pay it for a to someone who helped them out last. And we're trying to buy something but my car wasn't working. She is like, I'm just going to pay for it. He brought her some flowers and rewarded her for helping him out. She made my day yesterday. Always be kind. Darren wanted to handle more time bars and 100 gas cars to help people get to work. Kindness state today. Kindness state. Kindness state. Kindness state. We ask people to be kind. They can help you and you stole the fast. We don't want to sell my little. Next, we went to our local soup kitchen. They feed 200 people every single day and we found 10 barbers to give these people free here. Now let's go cut some hair. It's very easy to take something as simple as a haircut for granted. They can really make a huge difference for self esteem. We'll put this on the other one so it's about to shut down the light. It's like I'm getting so pleased. Take talk our big blends. I'm doubt about what we were doing and wanted to pay it for. Are you going to cut my hair for me? We're going to do it again. Are you going to make a change right now? With everybody that you see around you. And when you give from the heart, you can never lose. All right. We don't. It was the best I could have done. I'm on top of the free haircuts. We're also going to be giving everyone a box of food. We're a close, a cell phone, and some basic hygiene products. The red bags got the snacks. You're going to get a blue bag that's also got the hygiene products. I'm truly grateful that someone took time out of their day. The bless one after the little less fortunate. Next, dear one to his favorite lunch pot and decided to give them a huge tip for all they do in the community. That's for you guys. And that's what we're doing. We're doing it. We're doing it. We're doing it. We're doing it. We're doing it. We're doing it. We're going to start dropping money on the brigade encounter. What are you supposed to do with that? With only one hour left, we're going to pay for everyone's drinks at a local t-shop. We're buying your drinks for you today. It's for World Kindness Day. And we like Kain Bar. Why don't you pick a box of Kain Bar as well. Kain Bar is what we're going to do. This is what we're going to do. This is what we're going to do. This is like this one. A simple compliment can make the biggest change. Our 48 hours is up in the total acts of kindness is over 7,000. Thank you Kain for sponsoring this video and inspiring this challenge. We weren't able to hit our goal, but that's okay. Because we need you guys to step up and do something Kain for someone in your life. I want you guys to do something nice for someone else. And then come with what you did down below. Being kind is free. And so, subscribe and click the button.
