Big news you guys, it's closing day. The day has finally come. We are closing on the purchase of our first home together. Yay, we did honey, we did it. I have been waiting for this day. It feels like my entire life, but definitely my entire adulthood. This has been the biggest goal of mine, personally. I'm sure my husband's as well, but truly this means absolutely everything to me and my family, my husband, our kids. And I'm so, so, so, so, so, so grateful. Actually, closing day is tomorrow, but we have to go to the bank this afternoon and do some finalizing. And you guys, I'm just super duper excited. I can't wait to share all of this with you guys. You're going to see this after the fact. But I just had to let you guys know we're going to go to the Martywall and put together a little gift for our real tour because apparently that's the thing that you do these days. I did not know that, but I'm glad I found out before we closed. She's been absolutely wonderful. Her name is Stephanie Montgummery. Absolute Jim, highly recommend her if you're in our area. She will get the job done and she will get it done right. We're going to do our final walks are in the morning and then sound the papers and we are done. And I'm just feeling all the feels, feeling all the feels, nervous, excited. I don't even have words. I'm literally at a loss for words. So, y'all are going to come with us. We're also going to go to Lowe's and see if we can pick out some new appliances for the kitchen because this is my very first home. We have been renting. We did not own this home. And obviously my kitchen is not only my safe haven, but my place of work. So, where I make my money and I want it to be everything I've ever dreamed of. It may have to happen over time, but for now I do have to get some good lighting in there for filming videos. And I want to see about possibly getting some new appliances depending on the cost of everything because we do have to be super mindful. Yeah. Definitely have to do things over time, but super excited to look into things. See what we can do and move forward. I love you guys so much. Thank you for your support and your love and for being a part of our family. Let's go do this. I got to find a bathroom because I'm a mountain tank of warm myself. We got what we needed. We also got some paint rollers, some paint. Found some on sale just to gray. We just need to paint an accent wall in the boys room. Get to go. Let's go get my realtor, a closing gift. Look all the angel tree tags are gone. Yay! We got a lot more than a realtor gift, y'all.
